As a small team with significant influence, we aim to transform a traditional industry. We value a fun, dynamic work environment.We prefer candidates who have built or attempted to build a business in the technology space and have some sales experience.Key Responsibilities

• Discover, validate, develop, and scale new products for existing customers (top US homebuilders).
• Re-package, validate, and scale existing products to adjacent market segments (commercial, industrial, institutional).
• Respond strategically to regulatory challenges.
• Initiate a new function providing leadership with data and tools for better decision-making.Compensation$110k-150k per yearBenefits

      • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
      • Undergraduate degree (graduate degree preferred)
      • STEM background preferred
      • Strong operations skills
      • Experience in building a tech product
      • Some sales experiencePreferred SkillsExperience in land development and/or construction industries
