What We Offer $22/hour to $28/hour weekly pay Overtime and holiday pay Paid training: virtual, online, and hands-on 401(k) Continued learning via CareAcademy 24/7 Caregiver Support Team Employee Referral Program What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes Execute customized care plans and scheduled tasks Support ADL's: hygiene, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, etc. Provide emotional and social companionship Maintain a safe and positive environment Document care and report changes in client condition Requirements 1 year of professional care giving experience Alzheimer's/Dementia experience preferred Empathy, kindness, and reliability are essential Good judgment and ability to stay calm under pressure Basic computer skills and general tech comfort Valid work authorization in the U.S. Ability to pass background check and provide references Must have your own car to transport clients Our Promise to You At Caring Hands Caregivers, we know our caregivers are the heart of our agency.
