Job Description:
San Francisco, United States - Remote About the Role As a Sales
Enablement Specialist , you will play a crucial role in equipping
our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to
succeed. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product
teams to create effective onboarding programs, develop sales
content, and implement processes that improve sales efficiency and
performance. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to
win new customers and drive revenue growth. What You'll do ??????
Develop and implement sales training programs to onboard and
continuously enable the sales team Create and maintain sales
enablement content (sales decks, case studies, objection-handling
materials, etc.) Support sales reps with ongoing training,
coaching, and performance analytics Develop and refine sales
processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Work
closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and
marketing materials Track and measure the impact of enablement
initiatives on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
??????? Qualifications: ?????????????????? 2 years of experience in
sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field (preferably
in tech or SaaS) Proven experience creating and implementing sales
training programs Strong understanding of sales processes, from
prospecting to closing Familiarity with sales enablement tools
(e.g., HubSpot, SalesLoft, Seismic, etc.) Excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear,
concise materials
