Job Description Job Description Business Developer (Outside Sales) Location : Natomas / North Sacramento Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay : $50,000 - $55,000 base salary commission OTE : $75,000 - $80,000 annually (uncapped earning potential) Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to drive new client growth in the Natomas/North Sacramento market. This full-time role focuses on new business development through consultative selling, relationship building, and consistent sales activity. The ideal candidate is dependable, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-based sales environment.
