We are looking for a warm and energetic Inside Sales Associate to be a key member of our healthcare sales team. This position is primarily responsible for following up on warm leads who engaged with our company and converting them into patients.--

You will reach out to prior and potential leads to increase appointment bookings and reactivate our patients. You'll be responsible for connecting quickly with leads in order to drive revenue and meet sales goals.--

--- Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources
--- Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
--- Convert leads into patients
--- Track and report on all leads within the pipeline
--- Update patient information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
--- Track sales cycle progress on a daily and weekly basis to make sure patient acquisition goals are met
--- Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
--- Convert inbound/outbound calls

--- At least one year of experience as a sales representative
--- Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process
--- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully
--- Adaptability: Adapt to competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change
--- Inspire the trust of others; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values
--- Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; support and explain the reasoning for decisions
--- Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence
--- Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; sets goals and objectives; organize and schedule
--- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree is preferred
