  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in multifamily and commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating software like On-Screen Takeoff.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
