Overview:
Encantado Technical Solutions (ETS) is an unpopulated Small
Business Administration-approved mentor-prot--g-- joint venture
between Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. and ECS Federal, LLC. ETS
is bolstered by second-tier subcontractors Information
International Associates (IIA) and Amentum. ETS provides
comprehensive enterprise and mission-embedded IT support for the
$400 - $700 million Third-Party Telecommunications and Information
Technology Support Services contract at Sandia National
Laboratories. ETS is currently recruiting for a variety of cleared
and uncleared IT positions with on-site and remote opportunities in
New Mexico and California. As ETS is unpopulated, employees will
work for one of the four companies listed above. -The Audio/Visual
team works to design, install, maintain, and support enterprise
video collaboration and conference rooms, which provide secure and
reliable video and audio conferencing with screen-sharing
capabilities in both classified and unclassified environments. This
includes video production and editing support in both classified
and unclassified environments and provide onsite Auditorium live
event support. In addition, the team installs hardware and software
to conference rooms across the laboratory. -Seeking an Audio/Visual
technician with a background in Information technology and
audio/video type systems and configurations. Applicant will be
installing and maintaining Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) and Skype
equipment. Specifically seeking expertise with Teams, Skype,
Windows, Networking, Classified Computing requirements, speakers,
cameras, microphones, desktop configurations and KVM Switches.
Applicant should have strong customer service skills and an ability
to troubleshoot videoconferencing systems under pressure and time
sensitive situations. Additional qualifications would include
understanding the capabilities of Microsoft 365, Teams, Skype,
Outlook, and scheduling meetings. -

Duties:End user support and setup of Videoconferences and
Videoconference equipmentUnclassified and Classified
Videoconference event scheduling and coordination support.Secure
Videoconference bridge and meeting setup support within the
DOE/NNSA Enterprise Secure Network and DoD Secure Network
Environments.Videoconference and Skype & Microsoft Teams system
training supportVideoconference and presentation systems planning,
design and installation for all Classified and Unclassified
environments and product lines.Videoconference and AV Systems
installation, support and maintenance
Qualifications:
Required:Minimum of two years' demonstrated experience in a
fast-pace, audio/visual support area.Intermediate-to-advanced MS
productivity suite & collaborative applications
expertiseIntermediate-to-advanced desktop support & trouble
shooting skills for WindowsExcellent customer service
skills.Desired:Experience with Skype/Teams video conferencing &
video conference room equipment.An Active DoE or DoD Clearance is
