- Commercial Lending in Livermore, CA. Position Overview The
Business Analyst - Process Improvement for the Commercial Process
Improvement Team will serve as a liaison between the Commercial
Lending business system users and the Systems Administrator team to
collaboratively identify problems and translate business
requirements into solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven
experience guiding businesses in improving processes, products,
services, and software. This position reports to the Director of
Process Improvement and Systems Administration. Role and
Responsibilities - Collaborate with Product Owners and key business
areas to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs
of stakeholders - Work with System Admin team and other technical
partners to ensure features and functionality are developed
according to business requirements - Develop and implement new
processes and procedures - Assist with identifying and developing
systems and procedures that meet business requirements - Ensure
that development work maximizes value and is aligned with overall
business and product strategy - Work with key business stakeholders
to ensure successful product rollouts and releases - Partner with
test leads to provide guidance in overall test strategy and test
execution - Provide support for User Acceptance Testing - Assist
with developing, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlogs -
Serve as lead on department projects Job Requirements:Minimum
Qualifications - - - - - - - - - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
work experience - - - - - - - - - Three to five years of business
analyst work such as eliciting end user requirements, documenting
business processes, and requirements analysis - - - - - - - - -
Knowledge of loan origination systems (nCino or SalesForce
preferred) - - - - - - - - - Strong interpersonal communication and
interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and work
with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to
work independently and as part of a team - - - - - - - - -
Excellent organizational skills; sound judgement; initiative;
flexibility; detail and results oriented - - - - - - - - -
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - - - - - - - -
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - - - - - - - - -
Commercial banking or commercial loan operations experience is a
