The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, some experience with basic plumbing and facilities maintenance, excellent communication, and time management skills.Responsibilities

• Take inventory of office and break room supplies
• Routine mail, inventory, and maintenance duties.
• Perform duties to provide mailroom and maintenance services. Maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance to mail room.
• General building maintenance: Painting, minor carpentry repairs, plumbing, lighting, and minor equipment maintenance.
• Perform seating chart updates.
• Perform minor maintenance of facilities vehicles such as filling up gasoline, checking oil, and fluids.
• Assist in maintenance of other vehicles as directed.
• Support facilities operations and functions.
• Support lobby reception as needed .
• Maintain documentation supporting facilities activities.Qualifications
  • A high school diploma is the minimum educational and some building maintenance experience preferred for the facilities assistant.
  • This is a physically demanding position. You must be able to stand, walk, and lift items throughout a standard shift.
  • Some work experience as a handyman or in a skilled trade, such as building maintenance or plumbing is often desired.
  • Good communication, some MS Office experience preferred.
  • The ability to bend, lift, and stand for long periods of time is needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required.Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
