About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with
8-10 years of experience in product or growth data science to join
our Partner Integrations & Eligibility (PIE) team within the Growth
organization. This role will focus on data modeling, funnel
optimization, experimentation, and analytics to drive strategic
decisions around partner referrals, member eligibility, and
engagement initiatives.What You'll AccomplishMember Authentication
& Enrollment Conversion
- Lead registration and login experiments, improving first-time
login rates and overall enrollment conversion.
- Support implementation of a stable user ID system for better
tracking of member engagement post-acceptance.
- Develop funnel optimization recommendations, improving key
metrics such as registration, onboarding, and billable
rates.Partner Integrations & Referrals
- Develop reporting frameworks for new partner integrations,
including inbound referrals (e.g., Provider referrals) and outbound
referrals.
- Analyze the impact of outbound referrals on member engagement
and optimize referral pathways.
- Build and maintain partnerships data models to track referral
efficiency, funnel performance, and revenue impact.Eligibility
Optimization & Benchmarking
- Establish benchmarks for the accuracy of the eligibility
service, minimizing false positives and false negatives to optimize
auto-acceptance rates.
- Partner with engineering to improve user ID matching logic,
connecting login experiments with accepted members.
- Analyze eligibility rejection reasons, support audit processes,
and identify revenue opportunities.
- Support prioritization of eligibility service improvements to
maximize onboarding efficiency.Hinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe

worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office
3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science,
Mathematics, Finance or a related technical field
- 8-10 years experience working with large datasets to solve
business and technology problems
- Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) and data pipeline
optimization for scalable analytics
- Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and predictive
modelingPreferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive
modeling and recommendation systems
- Prior experience in partner analytics, referral tracking, or
marketplace data science
- Background in healthcare, fintech, or member engagement
analyticsCompensationThis position will have an annual salary, plus
equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a
guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on
factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work
location. The annual salary range for this position is
