This Sterilizer Technician Position Features:

Immediate need for sterilizer technician!

Will be responsible for:

65% of the time: Disassemble, clean, repair, and assemble steam and dry heat sterilizers. Calibrate and adjust autoclaves to manufacture's specifications.

10% of the time: Test all autoclaves repaired to original manufacturer specifications. Signing off the relevant section of the work order relating to the process undertaken.

2% of the time: Maintain in proper condition all company-owned and leased equipment. Maintain a sound filing system for fast and easy retrieval.

5% of the time: Provide in a prompt manner all required reports. Keep management informed of technical trends and developments.

2% of the time: Recommend technical improvements in products or services.

10% of the time: Provide sound technical assistance to all departments, customers, and suppliers. Communicate technical information in easily understood terms.

2% of the time: Demonstrate effective telephone techniques.

4% of the time: Follow up on all customer problems.
