Job Description:
This Construction Administrator Position Features:
? Great Pay to $40K
Our Client is looking for a Constriction Admin to do the
following:
Read through documents/contracts
Heavy filing
Utilizing Excel
Assembling work binders
This person will be thoroughly trained on the daily routine of the
office.
Follow-up with subcontractors
RFI's
Tracking logs
monthly billing
lien release matching
retention
Change orders
Update Spreadsheets
Prepare closing spreadsheets
Prepare contract packages
monthly accumulation of change orders
Schedule inspections and print verifications
