Fabricator ISummary: The Fabricator I role is responsible for the assembly and fabrication of PFA and PVDF plastic assemblies used in the manufacturing process.Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned

• Work as a part of a team to assemble components of a system
• Ability to use hand tools (IE drills, routers, etc.)
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Use measuring devices accurately
• Identify and weld different plastics
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in a 5S work system
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies correctly
• Always adheres to KESG's standards of safety and quality
• Document safety and quality actions and observations when required
• Ability to learn quickly, retain information, and reapply new skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems as they ariseGeneral and Communication Skills:
  • Ability to clarify priorities with lead or supervisor
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities daily
  • Ability to work closely with a team of other assemblersPhysical Requirements:
    • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs for the duration of the workdayEducation/Experience:
      • High school diploma/GED required
      • Previous experience reading mechanical assembly drawings, or ability to quickly learn
      • Previous experience assembling and/or fabricating parts using PFA, PVDF
      • Previous experience adhering to Safety and Quality demands while working in a production facility
      • Preferred, but not require, welding experience
      • Familiarity in a shop environment (IE working with tools)
      • Woodworking skills preferred but not requiredBenefits:
