JOB DESCRIPTION Job SummaryThis Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of Operations Analysts and contracted staff to ensure optimal oversight of construction invoice processing. Provides leadership, direction, motivation, and operational support to employees. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent. Monitors invoice activity through development of reporting, identifies trends, reviews invoices, and works with internal and external partners to resolve issues. Additionally, an effective candidate makes recommendations regarding improvements in timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy of existing processes. This Supervisor, will use knowledge of field construction and terminology to review and approve invoices in our proprietary construction management tool (P2). Using our rate card and its application within our business, will make logical assumptions and decisions with any pass-through or cost-plus quoting.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops staff to ensure best-in-class customer service and operational goals are achieved.
• Develops and implements operational strategy. Establishes and monitors clearly defined key performance indicators for all team personnel.
• Performs all necessary reporting, performance reviews and provides analysis and feedback.
• Provides support to relevant area leadership to improve performance. Acts as a liaison between employees and management, disseminating information and ensuring all proposed goals and objectives are achieved.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
