Program Coordinator with a dedicated client of ours in Livermore or
Fremont, CA. This is a full time opportunity to work with an

- Flexible work options availableJob Summary:Supports Staffing
operations and recruiting personnel with various administrative
tasks and general office functions. Position is located onsite with
a dedicated customer.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedules interviews, conducts onsite interview and tours
- May provide first line of support to customers/ contactors
- Review process and procedures of MSP Program for accuracy and
opportunities for improvement
- Represent Acara as the point of contact for contractor issues
and concerns
- Review resumes in Work Nexus to ensure customer requirements
are met
- Assist with employee on-boarding & off-boarding, orientation,
and other employee relations issues including, tax forms, workers
compensation reports, benefits administration, address changes, and
vacations, etc.
- Onsite administrative activities including personnel
administration, payroll/billing, quality program compliance,
matters involving other temporary agencies working with customer,
internal security program compliance (if applicable), report
generation and maintenance of appropriate files in accordance with
Company policy
- Prepare and present reports, including financial analysis, for
customer and corporate staff
- May provide Work Nexus administration, including documenting
requirements, submittals, etc.
- May provide first line of support to customer on Work
Nexus
- Coordinate the completion of new start paperwork, ensuing it is
accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Communicate regularly with branch and corporate personnel
regarding payroll changes and other employee administrative issues,
as well as employee relations issues and workers compensation
- May process and track customer required drug testing and
security clearance paperwork as required by customer
- COVID-19 tracking and contact tracing
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, forms, checks, or other
correspondence
- Greet customers, employees, visitors and provide information
within scope of knowledge or refer to appropriate individuals
- Answer telephones, take messages, and direct incoming
calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, replenish office
supplies, and files
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by
keeping human resources data confidential
- Work with managers on job detail when neededOther Duties:
- Help to promote customer/contract employee relations through
frequent contact and various activities
- Establish customer/associate supplier/contract employee
relations through frequent contact and various activities
- Submit reports to management as requested
- Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory
duties as directed by Company
- Operates all office machines and duplication equipment
- Submit periodic reports to management as requested
- Responsible for various other administrative duties as directed
by Company
- Senior Program Coordinator may also be responsible to train and
mentor other staff
- Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and proceduresRequired
Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate's degree and relevant experience
- 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced office
environment
- 1 year of experience and strong proficiency in MS Word and
ExcelPreferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability
