Job Description:
Quality Coordinator Founded in 1990, Mega Fluid Systems has

delivery equipment to the global semiconductor, LED,
pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, and solar/PV industries. With
a global installed base in Asia, Europe, and North America, our
state-of-the-art systems continue to be chosen by leading customers
worldwide to deliver the most difficult chemistries and sensitive
slurries to their CMP tools and processes. Mega Fluid Systems is
looking to fill a position overseeing the quality control
inspection gates within our manufacturing process. This position
resides at our Livermore, CA location. Please review the following

possible fit for this position: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES This position will perform on-site inspections of
products at all stages of manufacturing to ensure the highest
possible quality standards. Perform analysis of data and inspection
results to determine points of failure and devise solutions. Create
and present recommendations to streamline inspection processes in
ways that heighten quality standards. Ensure final products adhere
to all specifications and regulations. This position reports to the
Quality Program Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include:Close interaction and coordination with planning,
purchasing, engineering, program management, and other internal
stakeholdersFacilitate a smooth transition of WIP priorities Assist
in interpreting product drawings, BOMs, and engineering
requirementsAnticipate, address, and resolve potential quality
problemsOwnership of product quality and process improvements
Ability to determine inspection requirements and formulate
inspection plans Coordinate work instruction enhancement and
engineering change requestsAble to identify process constraints and
formulate/implement plans to mitigate them SKILLS AND ABILITIES The
ideal candidate has formal or informal quality, manufacturing, and
engineering experience (either through education or experience). A
strong "process" mindset is key. It is critical that the candidate
be able to turn engineered vision into implemented reality. It is
paramount that the right candidate has an eye for minimizing waste,
, and spotting opportunities to mistake-proof processes. Attention
to detail is mandatory. Key skills and abilities also include:
Ability to read and interpret drawings, engineering change orders,
and BOMs.Not afraid to adopt a hands-on approach and learn (and
perfect) inspection techniques.Excellent time management,
organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent teamwork,
verbal, and written communication skills.Strong teamwork component
with a desire to win and succeed.Solid coaching, mentoring, and
motivation skills are essential.Firm understanding of CAL-OSHA
regulations and impacts to the workplace.Firm understanding of the
Quality Management System and ISO9001 requirementsPrior hands-on
experience with 5S, poke-yoke implementation, and Kaizen
events.Active previous use of ERP/MRP systems.Solid understanding
of change control and ECO/ECN/DCO processes.Strong MS Office skills
are required with an emphasis on higher-level Excel
use.Action-oriented with a strong emphasis on closure and
implementation.Prior experience as an Internal Auditor is
desirable. REQUIREMENTS All candidates must have a firm background
in the skills and abilities referenced above. In addition,
candidates forconsideration will also have: A minimum of 2 years
Quality Control experience is preferred.Continued education in
business, engineering, or related field is preferred.Candidate must
have the ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend, occasionally
