Job Description:

You will be taking phone calls, running errands, setting appointments, taking meeting minutes, managing projects, and any other duties as needed. Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages to increase our productivity
Run errands and pick up orders as needed
Prepare meeting spaces for guests to create a welcoming environment
Create meeting appointments, write notes, and distribute meeting minutes to ensure team organization
Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
Arrange travel including hotel, flight, and transportation
Perform other duties as assigned
--- Managing multiple projects according to deadlines
--- Assist in creation of documents
--- Help with onboarding employees

Qualifications:

Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly
Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office
Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
High school diploma or GED required
--- Very good researcher and resourceful
