Job Description:

Meadows in Bloom is searching for qualified and experienced Cannabis Trimmers to join our growing team at our new state of the art facility!

Candidates must have prior experience in trimming dry cannabis plants, and must be able to assure the greatest possible quality of product & appearance. In this role you will work to efficiently trim cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for processing. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining and following Meadows in Bloom strict cannabis cultivation procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

• Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product
• Sit for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming, as well as post trim upkeep
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
• Operate with integrity and honesty
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Experience with cannabis cultivation and trimming
• Accuracy and consistency while trimming and weighing product
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures
• Computer, mathematics, language, and reasoning skills
• Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
• Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms
• Ability to focus on a task for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 21+ years of age
