engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are
diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex
electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software,
or networked and/or wireless systems.---ResponsibilitiesResponds to
situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate
or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.Reports
design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design
engineering/software engineering.May be involved in customer
installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where
the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.Deliver
email and phone support to end users, channel network and internal
Topcon teamsAccurately record support inquiries to include: contact
information and issue documentationWork with Product Management and
Quality to identify root cause issues of customer complaints and
trendsGenerate pre and post sales content for Total CareDeliver
high quality product trainings at Topcon facilitiesOn-site support
for customer issues, channel requests and marketing eventsSupport
sales and marketing teams at national and international events
Minimum Job QualificationsAS or BS in surveying, engineering or
construction fields5 years--- experience in the surveying and/or
construction industriesProficient with written and oral
communicationAbility to solve technical problems over phone, email
or on siteStrong working knowledge of CAD and related construction
softwareFull time
