Job Duties: Perform manual assembly of electro-mechanical components with precision and accuracy. Interpret and follow detailed work instructions to ensure compliance with specifications. Operate and monitor assembly machinery to maintain efficient production flow. Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify product quality and adherence to standard Skills: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Eagerness to learn and develop skills in assembly techniques, including soldering. Additional Information: Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Motivated to learn and develop skills in assembly processes, including soldering techniques. Work Environment This role offers 6 openings on the 1st shift, Monday-Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and 4 openings on the 2nd shift for SMT, Monday-Thursday from 2:30 pm to 1:00 am. Work in a 154,000 square feet temperature-controlled facility with over 550 people on site and 7 SMT lines. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Newark, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
