Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of
experience in management consulting, product management and
strategy, or analytics in a technology company. Experience working
with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional
programs or projects. Preferred qualifications: Experience
partnering across engineering, product, finance, and operations to
drive programs and projects. Experience in strategy and operational
architecture, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority
initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience
in product development or management, combined with excellent
analytical thought leadership skills. Excellent communication
skills, with the ability to influence a range of audiences,
including executive leadership. Excellent problem-solving skills,
with the ability to navigate emergent business needs across
organizational boundaries. About the job Product and Business
Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to
help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at
key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing
efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and
working effectively across organizational lines. Our roles often
include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding
new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations
(e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the
operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our
team partners with senior leadership to run important functions
that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact
projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other
functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and
then get those products into their hands. In this role, you will
help shape the future of Gemini Cloud Assist and the App Developer
Platform, driving the core infrastructure that powers internal
Google Cloud Platform team and third-party developers. Google Cloud

problems. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$177,000-$257,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Partner with leadership to form and evolve a
unified AI-first strategic narrative, providing the product and
market context necessary to guide high-stakes decision-making. Act
as a proxy to amplify leadership effectiveness by anticipating
organizational needs, bridging cross-functional gaps, and leading
critical projects or offsites triggered by emergent business
demands. Direct the full lifecycle of OKR planning and scoring
while optimizing headcount and OpEx processes to ensure resources
are aligned with multi-year Cloud commitments. Drive business speed
and governance by overseeing the business, managing organizational
budgets, and prioritizing leadership attention toward roadmaps.
Manage the flow of information across product areas and GTM teams,
including the execution of organizational team forums, to align
stakeholders and strengthen the internal brand.
