Job Description:
Location: This position is remote within the United States. At
Huge, we see content as the cornerstone of building meaningful
connections between brands and users. Our approach focuses on
creating intelligent, user-centered content ecosystems that drive
trust, credibility, and long-term value. Whether designing content
that seamlessly integrates into the core digital experience or
developing broader content marketing initiatives that resonate
across diverse platforms, we prioritize relevance, impact, and
engagement. Huge recognizes that in today’s landscape, content is
more persuasive than advertising alone, and our work ensures our
clients are positioned to meet user needs with clarity and
purpose—at scale. Job description. Huge is seeking an Associate
Director of Content Strategy to lead complex, multidisciplinary
initiatives that transform how content supports business goals and
user needs. This is a senior strategic role for someone who can
define a content vision, architect systems and governance models,

design and generative tools. You’ll help clients navigate where AI
fits in the content ecosystem—and where it doesn’t—ensuring every
solution is both practical and forward-looking. This role is not
editorial or copy management. Instead, it’s about turning
complexity into clarity, and aligning content systems with both
audience expectations and business objectives. What you’ll be
doing. Define conversational flows, tone of voice, and user
experiences for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other AI-powered
interfaces. Collaborate with UX and development teams to optimize
Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI conversational design.

analysis, and product managers on Huge and client teams to
recommend appropriate content systems for projects. Make technical
content recommendations to enable personalization and optimize
internal search. Consult internal teams and clients on content
governance, including workflow definition, communications and
socialization, decision frameworks, and platform training and
coaching Act as a subject matter expert for our internal team and a
trusted advisor for day-to-day and senior clients Work with clients
and strategy colleagues to define publishing and governance models
for the enterprise What we’d like to see. 8 years leading content
strategy, digital strategy, or a related field, with significant
experience in an agency, consulting, or client services
environment. Deep expertise in content architecture, metadata
strategy, IA, and CMS/content delivery platforms Experience
designing and operationalizing large-scale content systems that
enable reuse, localization, and governance Experience with
AI-driven content applications (e.g., conversational design,
personalization engines, GenAI content experiences) and ability to
assess their value in a broader strategy Fluency in the nuances of
deterministic vs. generative AI, and how structured content
supports emerging technologies Strong capabilities in technical
content strategy from tagging structures to architecture and
taxonomy Demonstrated success leading enterprise redesigns,
e-commerce, or omnichannel experiences where content played a
strategic role Strong analytical skills with the ability to
synthesize user research, performance data, and stakeholder input
