movement?The Product Manager, Technical, is a visionary and
strategic leader responsible for overseeing various T-Mobile For
Business portfolios such as 5G, Collaboration, IoT, Business
Connectivity, and Security. This role involves partnering closely
with business teams to provide strategic guidance and road mapping,
fostering innovation, and working within an agile environment.Job
Responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for products or
features of moderate complexity, including developing and
communicating the product vision and roadmap.
- Partnering with business and technical teams to understand
customer experiences and identify opportunities.
- Presenting and influencing ideas at various organizational
levels.
- Conducting analysis and providing insights to management.
- Recommending features and technical improvements to enhance
customer experience.
- Assessing partnerships and licensing opportunities with
external third parties.
- Using customer insights to inform product strategy and
priorities.
- Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and
build empathy.
- Leading Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives.
- Testing ideas with customers to ensure benefits are
delivered.
- Translating strategy into detailed capabilities, features, and
user stories for development teams, including prototypes if
necessary.
- Collaborating with agile teams to design and execute product
delivery, including participating in key ceremonies like PI
Planning.
- Managing product backlog, scope, and priorities.
- Ensuring technical debt and long-term investments are
considered in roadmaps.
- Monitoring product health and success metrics through
dashboards and reports.
- Communicating technical challenges and making trade-offs.
- Ensuring product quality and managing responses to high-impact
defects.
- Identifying and resolving operational and organizational issues
impacting product success.
- Supporting agile practices and DevOps principles.
- Building collaborative relationships across technical and
non-technical teams, including external partners.
- Developing training and adoption tools for the product
management team.Candidate Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant product management experience in an agile
environment.
- Proven success with Agile Scrum and related tools.
- Strong requirements gathering and technical writing
skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools.
- Ability to develop initiatives, features, and user stories for
development teams.
- Experience managing large-scale business and technology
initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to engage leadership and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the full technology stack of assigned
products.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision
making.Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or
equivalent experience (Required).
- Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM),
Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and PMI-ACP.Additional details
