Details - Outpatient physical therapy setting - Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM - 13-week contract Requirements - Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required - Epic EMR experience required - Current PT license required if applicable - At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting - SSN and DOB required for consideration - Spanish speaking skills preferred Additional Information - Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination - Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; all RTO requests must be disclosed prior to submission, as post-offer requests may be denied American Traveler Job ID P-677466.
