Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiation Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Travel Radiation Therapist Location: Napa, CA Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days | 5×8s (approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Weekly Pay: $3,259 Specialty: Radiation Therapy Job Overview A Radiation Therapist is needed for an acute care hospital supporting adult and geriatric oncology patients. This role involves delivering external beam radiation treatments using advanced technology in a collaborative clinical environment. First-time travelers are welcome. Responsibilities - Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately - Operate linear accelerators and imaging equipment for patient positioning - Perform CBCT/kV/mV imaging and respiratory gating as indicated - Deliver treatments including SRS and SBRT - Monitor patients during treatment and provide appropriate care - Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems - Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and physicists - Follow radiation safety, quality assurance, and departmental protocols Requirements - Active California Radiation Therapist license - ARRT (T) certification required - BLS certification required - Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience - Experience with Elekta Infinity and/or Varian linear accelerators preferred - Experience with MOSAIQ charting system preferred Scheduling & Call Details - Variable start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM - Weekend call only (rotated): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees./n• 401K Plan./n•"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc./n• $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
