available for a NICU Registered Nurse with Level II expertise to
provide critical care in a fast-paced neonatal intensive care
environment. This contract position is based in Newark, NJ, and
offers a structured schedule of three 12-hour daytime shifts, from
7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Location: Newark, NJ, offers the vibrant

lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality,
evidence-based nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level
II NICU. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage
complex neonatal care plans. Utilize Epic electronic health record
systems for accurate and timely charting. Collaborate effectively
with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory
therapists, and family members. Maintain a safe and supportive
environment for infants and their families. Desired Experience and
Qualifications: Current RN license with NICU Level II experience
preferred, ideally with at least 2 years of clinical background.
Proven proficiency with Epic electronic charting systems. Strong
clinical assessment skills and ability to manage acute neonatal
conditions. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Travel
experience within a 50-mile radius is not required for this
