We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the Team Lead of the Fixed Department to join our company. *Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.* Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Responsibilities: Overall management of the of personnel within the Fixed Department including but not limited to, interview, hiring, training, developing goals, preparing and deliver performance reviews, disciplining, delegation, and other management duties that ensure smooth operation within the department Oversee the logistics of off-site dental case completion Case planning and design Customer: Contact, feedback, and technical support Case QC and minor case touch-up On-time case completion and delivery - troubleshoot case logistics Manage staff in the receipt and entry of dental cases, logistics of off-site case production and turnaround/delivery of completed cases Control all in-process laboratory quality assurance standards. Provide training to techs as needed to meet desired standards Daily troubleshooting issues related to the production of all fixed products in the lab Provide support and feedback relative to any research and development projects under evaluation within the department All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications: 5 years or more experience in dental lab fixed department Detail oriented to identify sub-standard work and diplomatically train for correction Excellent hand-eye coordination to assist in the training Ability to multi-task and respond to several timely needs and issues simultaneously Requires flexibility and adaptability to meet laboratory demands Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills *All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check* MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
