To learn more about the brand and offerings, you can visit and .About the Role:We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Manager, Accounting Operations to take ownership of core functions within our Accounting Operations department. This role focuses on all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations to support business growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations, as well core accounting system management and related implementations. You will lead projects aimed at establishing and optimizing daily accounting processes, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and promptly in the financial records.You Will:

  • Manage Daily Accounting Operations
    • Oversee and support day-to-day accounting functions as needed, including reviewing and approving invoices within authorized thresholds and reviewing transactions for accuracy of processing in accounting records.
    • Lead and supervise the team in executing daily accounting responsibilities, including overseeing the work of the offshore accounting team.
    • Transaction & Reconciliation Review
      • Conduct detailed managerial reviews of processed daily, weekly and monthly transactions, reconciliations, and financial activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
      • Manage and review team members' work related to assigned accounting operations month-end close tasks.
      • Accounting system management and related implementations
        • Manage core accounting operations financial systems.
        • Oversee system implementation projects related to the Accounting Operations team.
        • Identify, recommend, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
        • Automate, streamline, and redesign processes to develop the most effective daily accounting operations.
        • Regulatory & Compliance Management
          • Review and manage annual regulatory filing responsibilities.
          • Enhance accounting operations procedures to align with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements.
          • Perform manager-level reviews to maintain compliance with public company controls and oversee key controls within the AuditBoard SOX platform.
          • Team & Process Optimization
            • Restructure responsibilities and simplify workflows to maximize the efficiency of the offshore accounting team.
            • Document procedures and training manuals to support the efficient onboarding of new team members.
            • Train and mentor team members, focusing on skill development and goal setting.
            • Problem-Solving & Ad-Hoc Support
              • Address ad-hoc requests and resolve issues arising from daily accounting operations.You Have:
                • 10+ years of experience in the accounting profession required, including 2+ years of experience as an accounting manager.
                • Public company experience and direct work experience within the accounting operations function required.
                • MBA and/or CPA preferred.
                • BA or BS degree from top ranking university, in accounting, business administration, or economics required.
                • Hands-on experience with accounting systems and system implementations from end to end.
                • Top-level critical thinking and analytical skills.
                • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
                • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
                • Ability to think through complex problems, determine proper processes, and derive accounting conclusions, and present results to the team.
                • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
