This role is critical for driving the strategic direction and execution of a diverse range of advertising technology products, ensuring their continued growth, market competitiveness, and business success.

The Product organization at Samsung Ads spans across multiple locations including US, Korea, India and Poland. It is responsible for managing a portfolio of core ad tech products and solutions that cover a wide range of ad experiences (aka formats), targeting options, and optimization capabilities. This senior leadership role will focus on both enhancing existing product lines and driving new product initiatives fueled by cutting-edge advertising and Machine Learning technologies.Role and ResponsibilitiesRole & Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision for Samsung Ads' product portfolio, including both established platforms and new initiatives, to maintain and expand the company's competitive edge.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing global teams ensuring a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Oversee the development and management of the key advertising products and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities and features based on market analysis, competitive insights, and business objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Data Science, Business Development, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product execution and delivery.
• Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics, forecasting models, and machine learning to optimize campaign performance and reach.
• Oversee product lifecycles from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and commercialization of high-quality, scalable products.
• Partner with executive leadership to integrate product strategies with overarching business goals and ensure alignment across all organizational functions.Skills and QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • MBA from a top university required with 14+ years of experience in product management leadership roles, with significant expertise in advertising technology and platforms.
  • Proven track record of building, growing, and leading high-performing global product teams.
  • Proven track record of driving the development and successful commercialization of full-funnel ad marketing solutions
  • Strong experience in managing complex ad tech products such as DSPs, SSPs, and audience targeting solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product innovation in consumer-facing advertising experiences
  • Extensive experience with mid-market advertising solutions and the development of self-serve ad management platforms.
  • Strong commercialization experience, including go-to-market strategies and successful product launches.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across technical and business functions.
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills with experience collaborating across diverse regions including the US, Europe, India, and Korea.
  • Strong ability to navigate a complex corporate environment across global locations with a positive attitude
  • Must be on-site in our Mountain View office.
  • Proactive thinker capable of driving innovations without direct supervision from above.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Expertise in leveraging AI/ML technologies for product optimization and audience targeting.
    • Experience in managing global product portfolios with distributed teams.The salary range for this role, for candidates based in California, is expected to be between $335,000 and $350,000.
