for The Harrison in San Francisco, California.The Harrison has
beautifully appointed residences perched atop Rincon Hill. The
Harrison offers city views within steps of San Francisco's greatest

exceptional service to the residents of The HarrisonExude a
positive and professional attitude at all timesPossessing a high
level of knowledge of the Associations rules, policies and
proceduresManage a team with exceptional leadership to ensure a
successful teamWhat You'll Need2-4 years of Operations management
experience ideally in the HOA or hospitality industryProvide
training, leadership, and scheduling for up to 20 team members from
front desk associates, package attendants, and resident services
coordinatorsStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective
presentation skillsExceptional time management skills and ability
to work independentlyCommitment to following up on all issues in a
timely mannerWe are looking for a true leader that can hire, train
and motivate an exceptional staff to provide a level of customer
service that exceeds the residents' expectations. As an Operations
Manager you will have the opportunity to demonstrate how a

neededCompensation:85K - 95K depending on experience+ comprehensive
