Project Manager - Supply Chain Date: - Aug 25, 2023 Location: - Livermore, CA, US, 94551 Job Responsibilities The Project Manager will architect and deliver strategic directions to the organization's supply chain, ensuring the company is positioned to be a winner in a complex, fast paced, highly competitive industry. Initial focus will be to architect commodity supply chain to support a growing global business with a high degree of complexity. This includes aligning resources, prioritizing strategies, establishing targets, and implementing growth and cost initiatives that support the broader business strategy. This position resides within the Global Operations Supply Chain organization and reports to the head of OEM Commodity. Location of the position is in Livermore, CA. Other Job Responsibilities

• The Project -Manager will drive cross-functional projects and recurring activities to ensure the successful transition of alternative material qualifications and implementations.
• Execute the vision and implement the strategy developed by the cross-functional team leads by gaining alignment, motivating and engaging both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the vision.
• Drive business processes that enable effective prioritization and facilitate faster customer solutions.
• Support and meet the needs of changing Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances trends in the industry.
• Lead/Assist Supply Commodity Managers to execute creating, executing and closing in a timely manner all problem reports associated with Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances changes.
• Provide usable data to leadership under pressure, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure
• Successfully operate across boundaries and prioritize the activities of the organization to achieve best in class results.
• Develop and present meaningful and impactful messages to a wide array of audiences: Leadership, Product Groups, Global Supply Chain, Suppliers and Customers Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related.
  • Eight (8) years of related experience.
  • Semiconductor equipment industry experience is highly desired.
  • Experience working with -cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets for decision support.

We Look Forward to Your Application Salary and Benefits Salary Range for this position: -$80,000 -- -$187,000 - The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside in California and most states. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
