DescriptionQualificationsMust be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements to infectious diseases such as COVID-19. The Executive Order generally requires that all federal workers and federal contractor employees be fully vaccinated by January 4, 2022.Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance,Position requires a construction related four-year Bachelor's degree or 10 years Construction Management experience.Minimum 8 years of experience managing construction projects, two years of which must be Federal construction projects and/or job order contracts.Thorough working knowledge of Federal contracts and safety standards is essential.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.Adept at using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Project including managing resource- loaded schedules.Able to communicate clearly and concisely via email and keep up with steady email exchange with the clients on a daily basis.Must be able to keep track of status of between 10-20 active projects.Must be able to read, speak, understand and write English.Must have experience working with union labor and collective bargaining agreementsPREFERED SKILLS& QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working at Lawrence Livermore National LaboratoryStrong working understanding of MEP interior constructionRecent experience working on large Federal construction job sites.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
