Summary The BI Program Manager is responsible for leading the business intelligence program, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, schedule, and successful on-time delivery. Responsibilities

• Work with senior global stakeholders on software product assessments, business priorities, software lifecycle budgets, and technical roadmaps.
• Define deliverables, communicate schedules, priorities and status to all levels in the company.
• Identify, assess, and advise on program/project risks to a variety of stakeholders and customers.
• Design and develop data models that merge data from various ERP systems so that the data can be consumed by other applications.
• Reconcile data and correct anomalies.
• Develop reports and queries using enterprise report platforms (SAC and Power BI).
• Administer the enterprise report platform to include administering user accounts, managing authorizations, scheduling upgrades, and maintaining content in alignment with planned upgrades.
• Assess, scope, and analyze business requests.
• Document requirements and deliverables.
• Plan, schedule, resource and sequence deliverables.
• Lead change management activities and administer change management platform.
• As part of an IT global team, occasional releases or ad hoc support issues may be outside of standard business hoursQualifications
  • Bachelors' degree in a Business, Information Science or Computer field and/or equivalent.
  • Experience with Enterprise Applications: Jira, SAP ECC 6, SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, HANA.
  • Operating Systems: MS Windows, Unix, Linux. Programming & Scripting: SQL, PowerShell, SAP ABAP, Python, C#, ASP.NET. Databases: Sql Server, HANA.
  • Business Applications: MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Power BI.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. About Us We are Topcon .
