Invictus is one of the fastest-growing fundraising firms in the Pleasanton area. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and passionate team player to become our next Event Management Trainee. Event Management Trainees should be tenacious individuals that are knowledgeable in customer-oriented environments with a drive to continuously develop their skills. Our focus is to create interactive promotional campaigns to create brand awareness and increase donor loyalty for our charity partners. We push our people to do their best for the advancement of the firm and themselves. -Event Management Trainee Responsibilities: -

Implement promotional campaigns and brand awareness strategies by interacting with the client's potential donorsAssist the Marketing & Event team in achieving community awareness and fundraising goalsEngage with community members in a friendly and informational mannerAttend training seminars on all current promotional campaigns and client initiativesCommunicate properly and effectively in a professional manner to convey our charity partners brand messageInventory management and forecasting as needed -Event Management Trainee Requirements:

A High School diploma or equivalent is requiredExperience in management, leading teams, or working as a supervisor -Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers and store personnelStrong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill setsOutstanding relationship building and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and self-driven motivationAbility to problem-solve effectively and independentlyConfidence personally speaking to groups and individuals -

Flexible availability to work day, evening, weekends and may include local travel -Powered by JazzHR
