experienced Water Solutions Manager to help build our water heater

a Water Solutions Manager. You must be a driven individual with at
least five (5+) years of experience and three (3+) years of
leadership to take on the role. Service Champions is a premier
provider of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing
services across the Bay Area.

Annualized salary range $80K - $100K (DOE) +bonus incentives
What Will I Do?
Sales - drive revenue in the Water Solutions department. Work with
all salespeople in Service Champions to ensure our sales process is
followed. Support pricing and discount authority.
Service - support the service efforts of all water solutions work
across all service center locations. Ensure technical elements of
service work are documented and trained with the goal of a service
success rate of 95% or better.
Installation - support the installation efforts of all water
solutions installation. From water heaters, filtration, and
ancillary items, support all products and people.
Inventory - maintain and monitor inventory levels to optimize
inventory levels and turnover rates. Make sure that enough stock is
on hand to support sales.
Do I have What it Takes?
Must have a minimum of five (5+) years of experience in the trades.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
A good understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to handle physical workload, lift and carry 120-150 lbs.
Able to routinely stand, bend, sit, crawl and drive.
A valid Driver's License
Successfully pass Drug Screen and Background Check
Authorized to work in the US for any employer
