Customer Enablement ManagerReports to VP of Customer EnablementFounded in 1990, Mega Fluid Systems has extensive experience offering world-class chemical and slurry delivery equipment to the global semiconductor, LED, pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, and solar/PV industries. Our state-of-the-art systems continues to be chosen by leading customers worldwide to deliver the most difficult chemistries and sensitive slurries to their CMP tools and processes. Summary:The Customer Enablement Manager is a critical role to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain and develop relationships and manage the KESG portfolio. This position will represent KESG and be responsible for all aspects of customer enablement including strategic account plans, achieving annual revenue and profitability goals, opportunity and growth plans, relationship management and ongoing customer satisfaction.Benefits:401(k) matchingMedical, Dental, Vision insuranceSTD and LTD InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramFSA and HSA Generous Paid Time OffTuition reimbursementESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales and service growth initiatives/supportForecast and track account metrics (e.g. weekly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with KESG team to identify and grow opportunitiesHandle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner SKILLS AND ABILITIESProven work experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Service Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelAlign and drive internal functions to ensure that we meet or exceed customer expectations on product delivery, quality, supply chain and continuous improvementCoordinate activities of internal cross functional teams to drive overall KESG strategiesUtilizes business and financial acumen to synthesize data and make tough decisionsSolid experience with CRM software), MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and D365Translates business strategies into concrete objectives and actionsProven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailMaintain detailed documentation of opportunities and pipeline status to ensure programs are progressing in line with business goalsMoves work forward be effectively managing ambiguity, eliminating non-value added work and removing obstaclesUnderstands the marketplace, considers market trends and competitive factors to develop breakthrough strategiesExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesAvailability to travel as neededStrong verbal and written communication skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or relevant fieldMinimum 5 years commercial experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with deep understanding of process equipmentDemonstrated track record of relationship building and ability to grow business with large global customersCross functional team leadership requiredCandidate needs to be comfortable in a high-tech, fast-paced environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds at one time.Mega Kinetics Fluid Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
