Spectrum Center is known for the quality of their research-based, data-driven programs that help students acquire the skills they need to be independent.Spectrum is seeking a dynamic leader to join our growing team dedicated to serving specialneeds students. Our Program Directors work closely with the Regional Vice President ofOperations to provide personalized, evidence-based educational services for nontraditionallearners in collaboration with families and public school districts.This is a realopportunity to make a difference in the lives of the students and families that we serve.The Program Director supervises and provides direction to the administrative educationaland related services staff to assure successful delivery of quality educational services andSpectrum Schools objectives. Through servant leadership, the Program Director seeks tomeet personal, regional and company goals by building positive, professional andproductive relationships with all staff.Position Details:Supervise the day to day operations of all campus operations and activities of theschool including all staff and school schedules.Develop and coordinate educational programs through meetings with staff, reviewof teachers' activities and issuance of directives.Develop regular positive and professional relationships with key school districtpersonnel to market the educational services of their school in order to retain andexpand our contracts.Work with the RVP of Operations to develop marketing plans to ensure the successof Spectrum Center Schools and programs.Participate in IEP meetings.Assist in behavioral interventions and reviews.Develop and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and studentrepresentatives.Requirements:Master's Degree in Special Education or School AdministrationTwo or more years experience in supervisory/school administrationFull benefits package!Join the Spectrum Family! -YouTube ChanceLight Story.
