Job Description Job Description What We Offer: Competitive salary starting at $125,000 Gas Allowance Cell Phone Stipend Housing discount Paid Medical Insurance Vision, dental insurance Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match Responsibilities: Lead on-site maintenance staff in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and anything else that may come up Supervise and train maintenance and make-ready employees Review and oversee property appearance, curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory control, and make-ready management Ensure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely manner Review safety procedures to ensure that all employees are adhering to the process Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance experience HVAC certification preferred Excellent mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC Excellent leadership and communication Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new programs and processes Yardi experience preferred A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance required Must have general tools to perform all maintenance tasks On Call for all Emergencies Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors
