• Able to convert product requirements into verifiable & testable test criteria.
• Able to assemble engineering prototype hardware.
• Able to perform various types of product functional tests which may include; environmental durability, software functionality, electrical stress tests, various sensor performance.
• Broad understanding of mechanical devices, electronic components, software applications, and system integration.
• Able to write concise test plans and reports.
• Participate in cross-functional development team environments.Qualifications
  • 4 year degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • Work experience desired but not required.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits.
  • Familiar with common software and firmware loading methods.
  • Basic ability to use hand tools, and build prototype hardware.
  • Familiar with system communication bus architectures such as Ethernet, serial, and CAN.
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Willing to contribute in a dynamic work environment and interested to learn.
  • Some exposure to GNSS receivers, IMU, ultrasonic and laser sensors desirable.
  • Basic understanding of closed-loop controls, and hydraulic systems would be helpful.
