demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the
U.S. Bank customer service expectations. Works a specified schedule
(less than 20 hours per week) during peak business times in a
branch. Accountable for sales and service activities in all
Consumer Banking branch locations (Metro, Community, and In-Store
On-Site). Responsible for assessing and handling customers' banking
needs, obtaining and processing customer/account information and
selling bank deposit and loan products and services. Utilizes the
Customer Engagement Cycle to profile customers and identify
opportunities. Bilingual Peak Time CRC’s perform these
responsibilities in the languages deemed essential within a
particular branch or community. Basic Qualifications - Bilingual -
High school diploma or equivalent - Typically two or more years of
job-related experience, including sales and customer service
experience - Typically has one year of related banking experience
or commensurate training in sales and customer service experience
-This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and
Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration
process, which includes a criminal background and credit check.
Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration
requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and
credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or
termination of employment. Preferred Skills/Experience -

requirements). Pay Range: $20.34 - 24.86 U.S. Bank will consider
