Job Description Job Description Benefits: Competitive salary I have run a dog boarding and bathing business for 23 years and run the kennel part of it on a 2 acre ranch in Novato. We have always had help Saturday and Sundays usually from 8a-2p both days. The person I have had for the last two years is moving on and I am looking for the next fantastic helper! sfwags.com Responsibilities include: - Exercising the dogs in the field (usually 15-30 dogs) - Playing with the dogs - Picking up poop - Cleaning crates and tidying up to keep it all in clean order - Wiping down walls, floors, etc as everything ends up getting dusty and dirty - Organizing pick up and drop offs for the day with clients - Moving and shoveling mulch in the dog yard In general it is a fun easy going atmosphere with the dogs but there is always something to do either with monitoring the dogs or cleaning up. You will have to interface with clients and I am mostly around with my wife and two kids so must be presentable and fun with the family. Kids often like to hang out with their favorite dogs. Will also have the opportunity to do the overnight boarding when we are out of town. That makes a lot of money for I pay based on the number of dogs there overnight so the more dogs the more you make for the overnights. Must have a drivers license and be able to drive. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible to get trained up and going in the next couple weeks.
