We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Events Specialist to join our office located in Livermore, California. Track expenses for event ROI analysis. Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc. Prepare shipments of all marketing materials for off-site events Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day Collect pre/post event data through surveys/evaluations and report outcomes Track event savings and value-add generated across national events to share with management team for analysis Management of internal events master calendar Support Event Marketing efforts All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a related role, recent college grads are welcome to apply as well Excellent time management and communication skills Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a passion for project management and excellent follow through Excels in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment Possesses excellent written and verbal abilities, strength in multi-tasking, goal-setting, and prioritization Ability to build productive business relationships through sales Social media knowledge for event promotion Bachelors' Degree in Event Management/Marketing or related field preferred Advanced skills with Microsoft Office programs *All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check* MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
