and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office
operations. • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office
supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages. • Handle
accounts payable processes, including invoice management and vendor
payments. • Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and
directing them to appropriate personnel. • Ensure a clean,
organized, and well-maintained office environment. • Liaise with
vendors and service providers to address office-related needs. •
Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency. •
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for
staff. • Support staff with administrative tasks as needed. •
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office
operations. • Proven experience in administrative office management
or a similar role. • Strong organizational and multitasking
abilities. • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and invoice
management. • Proficiency in ordering and maintaining office
supplies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for
receptionist duties. • Ability to work independently and take
initiative. • Familiarity with standard office software and tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
