Administrative Assistant



Local company seeking an Administrative Assistant. This individual will directly support High Level Management and office Team.


Strong customer service skills are necessary, as you will work as a direct liaison for the office, supporting vendor and client relations. Calendering and planning events. Responsible for maintaining multi line phone systems, filing of necessary documents and data entry.



Successful candidates Must possess:


Advanced computer skills in all MS Office programs.


Must be able to type 40 wpm.


Must be able to handle multiple tasks while working within tight deadlines. Ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.




Previous experience is required to be considered for this position.



**Bilingual a plus
