If so, we have a great opportunity in Livermore for a temp-to-hire Entry-Level Front Office Coordinator.NOTE: This company will soon be relocating to the Fremont / Union City area, so please be willing to accept the position and be willing to commute to that area in the near future.Details:Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist
    • Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
    • Weekly Payroll by Friday through Contractual Assignment at RandstadResponsibilities:Responsibilities of the Receptionist position:
      • Answer inbound lines and transfer to direct extensions;
      • Perform gatekeeping measures to unwanted/unexpected visitors, sales and solicitors;
      • Efficaciously schedule meetings, appointments and conference calls along executives (and team members') calendars;
      • Restock breakroom, including supplying coffee, straws, napkins and additional Kitchen / Breakroom supplies;
      • Type correspondence on behalf of company and corporation;
      • Greet scheduled visitors for demonstrations of products and services, offering beverages to visitors;
      • Frequent use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Skills Required:
        • Personable, upbeat and charismatic attitude;
        • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.Education:No Degree RequiredExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:Qualifications for the Receptionist opportunity:
          • 1 + years of recent, stable employment history as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or Front Office Coordinator;
          • High School Diploma required
          • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required;
          • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS;
          • Ability to navigate multiple screens, consistently juggling priorities throughout the workday;
