Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our customers located in San Francisco, California. This position is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skill set with accounts receivables, experienced using Quickbooks Online, and be comfortable working with a small and growing family business. The role will be responsible for creating customer invoices, posting customer payments, applying payments, following up on past due invoices, customer maintenance resolving any discrepancy or billing questions, and support the company with additional duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: - Accounts Receivable Experience (Billing, Cash Applications, Collections) - Clerical, Date Entry, and Administrative experience - Software experience with Quickbooks Online is required - Industry experience within a logistics or transportation industry would be a plus - Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Outlook, & Excel) - Detailed, organized, and thorough - Excellent communications, outgoing, and good customer service skills - Team player, thoughtful, and cooperative - Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field would be nice to have Experience: 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable experience (Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Billing Specialist) Employment Type: Temp to Hire If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com !
