About the Position: As an Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for maintaining neat and organized accounting files. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Filing – Checks/Unconditionals/Preliminary notices/Invoices
• Stuff and mail checks/ overnights
• Assists Project Accountants with scans and pulling back up as needed
• Maintains dead storage
• Making new vendor files and boxing up paid invoices/prelims at year end
• Vendor statement follow-ups
• Logs preliminary notices
• Logs unconditionals
• Assists project accountants with tracking down unconditionals/updating spreadsheets for quick pays and closeouts
• Other tasks as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of office experience is required
  • Beginning level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Beginning level in Timberline is a plus
